Jeff Cohn, managing partner of leadership services at DHR International was recently interview by the Wall Street Journal about the planned first-quarter return of United CEO Oscar Munoz after his recent heart attack. “’It’s incredibly abnormal” for a seriously ill chief executive to suddenly announce his expected return after three weeks of silence, said Jeffrey Cohn, who handles the CEO succession planning practice for recruiters DHR International.
